Our returns policy applies to all purchases made through 'Liamor' website.
1) We have a none refundable policy, however If you are not satisfied with an item due to incorrect sizing or the colour isn't suited to you, you will be allowed to exchange for another size or colour. The item must be in the condition it was sent out in with strictly no signs of wear. If the item is found to have been worn the item will be returned to you, we will not accept it as an exchange. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs on exchanging your item. So we don't occur any issues when sending back items it is reccomended you send via a tracked postage system as we will not be responsible for lost items.
Please note we strictly have a 7 day exchange policy. Following up your exchange you will need to contact us using our customer service email. The 7 day exchange policy will begin as soon as you receive your item, if for any reason you email after the 7 day time period, your item is non exchangeable and will not be accepted.
2) The customer service email can be found on the home page in the customer service section, when returning, package your item in the original packaging and once the email has been responded to validating the return you will be given a returns address to send to. once we receive your item your exchange will be processed an your new item will be sent to you.
3) Sale items and bikinis are none exchangeable.
