Please Note!

once we have recieved your return it will take 15-28 days for the refund to show into your account. your refund will be refunded to the payment method used to purchase your order.

Ensure you are eligible for a return 

Your order can not be returned if it is over the 7 day time period from when your item was delivered.

ensure your items wasn't part of a sale or at a discounted price.

ensure your item fits our state of return policy.

State of return 

 In order for your return to be accepted the item of clothing needs to be unwashed, unworn and not used for anything other than to be tried on. ensure there is no signs of wear, tear or alteration.

Reason for return 

If your item is too big/small or doesn't fit as you imagined please provide this information on a slip of paper in the parcel.
